Prior to joining Pucuda two years ago, [Juan built a successful career as a hair stylist, where he honed his ability to manage schedules, multitask effectively, and provide exceptional customer care.
Since joining the company, Juan has become an integral part of the administrative team, known for his attention to detail, efficiency, and approachable demeanor. He supports day-to-day operations, coordinates meetings and communications, and helps ensure the office runs smoothly. His adaptability and strong work ethic has made him a trusted resource across departments.

Hi! I am Melissa– a creative strategist, multimedia designer, and entrepreneur who thrives on bringing bold ideas to life through visual storytelling, marketing magic, and a whole lot of heart.
With a B.S. in Digital Design and Animation (Summa Cum Laude) from Rasmussen College and over 17 years of Marketing experience, I’ve built a career that spans everything from leading marketing teams to launching my own businesses. Whether it’s crafting dynamic brand experiences, producing engaging video content, or baking a sculpted cake that looks almost too good to eat (but totally isn’t), I’m all about creating things that connect.
Currently, I serve as Marketing Director at Pucuda Manufacturing and Netting.com, overseeing brand strategy and creative direction.
